Privacy

Stripe collects your name, email, shipping and billing address and payment details on its checkout page. We receive your name, email, shipping address, the items you bought and the payment status, and use them only to make, ship and support your order. We never see or store your full card number.

When you request a stand, we keep only the model you type and the time.

Your cart is kept in your own browser on your device. It is not sent to us until you check out.

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. If you arrive from one of our ads, your browser keeps the ad's name for 30 days and sends it with your order, so we know which ads work. If you open the US site from another country, one cookie remembers that choice. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout pages for payments and fraud prevention. Cloudflare, which hosts this site, processes your IP address to deliver pages and block abuse. Fonts load from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address.

We share order details only with Stripe, to take payment, and with the shipping carrier, to deliver your order. We don't sell or rent personal information.

We keep order records as long as we need them for orders, returns and tax records. Email support@pine3d.com to ask what we hold about you, or to correct or delete it, except records we must keep by law.
